Agora system architecture

Below is a list of the individual steps Agora executes during a dynamic page generation:

• 1. Via Browser a request is sent to the web server

• 2. The web server forwards the request to the Agora server (Middleware Application)

• 3. The Agora server access the data in Agora repository

• 4. Out of the Agora repository the result of the research is returned to the Agora server

• 5. The Agora template (the ‚hitlist’ normally) is filled with the result of the request

• 6. The Agora server returns the finished HTML page to the web server

• 7. The web server transfers the HTML page to the browser
